The garage repair person was on time, and did what appeared to be a very thorough job of getting our early 1980s era one car garage up and running again. There were more issues present than what we thought was a broken spring, however. The final cost to us was a little over $1,400 which was a bit surprising. Could we have had it repaired for less? I don’t know. Regardless, we are satisfied with the work he did. Our garage door runs much more smoothly now and has a 7 year guarantee.

Jonathan, our Tech, arrived early, assessed the issue quickly and provided multiple explanations of each problem, as well as multiple pricing options for each solution. He explained future maintenance issues and what to look for, and how to use the new equipment.
