Greg was the tech that came out for our garage door issues....he found the problem and discussed the options for us...Greg is very customer friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product. We decided on a new door and Greg explained the upgrades and the doors available. We are very pleased with Greg and will highly recommend Precision due to Greg's wonderful representation of the company. He also made adjustments to our existing door so we would not have to listen to the noises.

Amazingly quick appointment date. Nicest people, from person who took my initial call to installers. Paul and Richard explained everything and gave me an estimate. When I okayed the estimate they immediately got to work which I was so pleasantly surprised at. When they were done they explained everything they did and had me test the doors. Paul called in advance, arrived on time & came ready to complete the job. He assessed situation & showed me cost & extent of several options. Then, we talked through them. He replaced opener with better quality product & stronger motor, as well as replacing spring -in time frame he had shared. He showed me how to work all aspects. We have used Precision Garage in the past for garage door repairs and a garage door replacement. We have always been very happy with their service. We called them today due to a broken garage door spring. They were able to come out the same day we called. Andy was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and left the work area clean. The springs were replaced and the door works perfectly. We will continue to use Precision for all our garage door needs. And hopefully we will get Andy as our service technician again.

Unfortunately on a Sunday afternoon my garage stopped working suddenly. Other than the loudness there were no signs. I couldn’t even open the doors to get my cars out. I was panicked. I googled and found Precision. I was able to get an appointment in a couple of hours. Greg called and confirmed and showed up with a helpful attitude! He quickly accessed the problems. He talked us through our options and gave us the opportunity to make the best decision for our budget. We trusted his guidance. He immediately went to work and soon enough, we had a working QUIET garage. Greg was the best and I wish every service person that comes to my house could be more like him. Precision and Greg thank you for helping us through this crisis. I highly recommend your service to others in same situation! Try to get Greg if you can (^-^), but I think that everyone is good as well.
