Paul and Justin came out to take a look at our garage door because the motor wasn’t lifting the door. After assessing the situation, they presented us with three options for replacement. The one we had (builder grade), and two other Liftmaster options. They were very informative about the benefits of each and weren’t pushy at all. We ultimately decided on the one that had a camera and could be controlled by an app on our phones. It’s only been a day, but I can already tell this was a great decision! They help us set up the app and showed us how the various features worked. Great customer service!

Paul arrived on time for a weekend call, quickly diagnosed our problem, and explained our options clearly. We ended up in a situation where we needed to replace rather than repair our unit's motor, so it was nice to get a review of the different features available on new units without any sense of pressure or upselling. Paul also took time to show me the features of the new unit once it was installed and stayed to make sure we were comfortable with its operation. This is our third experience with Precision Garage Door and we have been satisfied each time.

We found Precision Garage Door through Home Advisor and we were able to get an appointment the next day. Greg was outstanding with the work he did at our home! Greg installed new controllers, refreshed the tracks and installed new sensors. Greg was so very polite and detail-oriented. He made sure we knew how everything worked, such as the codes. Since buying in 2006, I've been using Precision Door Service to maintain my 1-car garage door with automatic opener. On this last visit, the technician determined that replacement of the opener was necessary, and that rollers should be replaced in the near future. The opener I selected is so quiet, and I can control it via Android app. Both features were definitely worth the update. Technicians are always knowledgeable and courteous. I called because one of my garage doors wasn’t closing properly, but Paul both fixed it and convinced me to upgrade motors, rollers, and springs (which didn’t take much arm twisting, as I haven’t been happy with how loud they’ve been since buying the house 4 years ago). I was floored by how much quieter they are now, AND I can connect to them from my phone, get notifications, and remotely operate them now. It’s the best money I’ve spent on this house so far! Paul was super polite, informative, not pushy, punctual, and cleaned up everything when he was done. Excellent service all the way around!
