My garage door stopped working and locked ny car inside, so I called Precision Door Triangle. After trying to determining over the phone whether we could rule out any easy fixes, Luke showed up and fixed the motor, and also suggested some improvements that greatly reduced the noise and stability of the garage door mechanism. After these changes my door went from sounding like a medieval drawbridge to nearly silent - hard to believe it was the same door mechanism.

I damaged my garage door which ripped with weather seal off the bottom. I expected to be required to replace the bottom section or perhaps the whole door. Greg immediately knew what to do, and modified to door to accept a new rubber strip with no problems.

I called early in the morning about spring and cables snapped and car stuck in garage. They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect. What amazing service all the way from call representatives to tech Scotty. Great service, product, and team

Greg was the tech that came out for our garage door issues....he found the problem and discussed the options for us...Greg is very customer friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product. We decided on a new door and Greg explained the upgrades and the doors available. We are very pleased with Greg and will highly recommend Precision due to Greg's wonderful representation of the company. He also made adjustments to our existing door so we would not have to listen to the noises.
