I called Precision Door to get help with two 15 year old garage doors that were battered and worn after years of operation. It was a challenge to service because they are high lift doors- extended tracks that leave the doors 11 feet off the floor when opened. Their technician , Scotty Johnson, knows high track doors! He was not only prompt and courteous, he replaced all parts necessary to have both doors operating like new. Highly recommend company and Scotty for servicing any trouble you might be having with your garage doors.

Door is great. Installation was great. Prices were great. However, a small problem with bottom seal revealed serious problems with customer service. I must have called 5-6 times. I was promised callbacks which didn’t happen, given appt times which didn’t happen, before a technician finally came and corrected issue in 5 minutes. That kind of customer service does not get return customers.
