Greg was on time, assessed what needed to be done and explained the work to be done. The rubber strip at the bottom of the garage door was missing about 18 inches, allowing critters into the garage. Greg got right to it and even provided me a small piece of the rubber strip he replaced. Greg is very professional and very pleasant person. Andy and the Eagle fan got my garage door running in tip top shape. I award them both 10 points to Griffindor for quality of the job performed, work ethic, and beard length. I do, however, subtract .05 points for 1/2 of the team being a fan of an inferior football team. Overall 9.5. Would definitely work with again. P.S. Go Cowboys!

Knowledgeable about exactly what services were required to get the garage back to working condition. The whole job was completed in little over a hour. The estimate was close enough to the final cost although I figured $500 not $1300. I only thought the sensors required replacement but when hearing the rollers were plastic I was more than happy to pay for quality parts, tune-up and plus with a warranty. Thanks for a job well done.
