This was the second time I used Precision. The first time, 2016, to replace the doors -- this time to put in new LiftMasters (they were old -put up prior to our moving here). Greg, the thechnician, came promptly, had all the materials with him, and patiently explained to us how to use the new equipment - including setting up the phone app. He did a superb job.

We had to have "emergency service" on Sunday when our spring broke. Our rollers were 17 years old and giving out, too. Scotty came out to our house, ahead of schedule(!), to take care of things. He reviewed the various options to help us make a decision. He is extremely knowledgeable and performed the work in an efficient manner. He reprogrammed both vehicles, too. Our door now works great and is much quieter than before. Would highly recommend Scotty.
