Precision Garage Door Service is fantastic! Our garage door opener died due to some electrical malfunction. I made an appointment with Precision and was able to get a replacement opener installed the same day. Evan, the technician, was both super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what broke and, after the installation, he walked me through the process of reprogramming all of the remotes and keypad. Whenever we need anymore work done on the garage door, I will absolutely be calling Precision. Update: we had a second appointment some months later with Ricky as our technician. Again, the service was excellent and I felt confident that we were being well taken care of!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door service. They were very easy to deal with over the phone and very customer service friendly. The people were so nice and were able to get me a technician the same day. The technician, Richard, arrived and was able to diagnose my problem quickly. He gave me three different options one of which was cheaper and involved using another company because they were the ones that originally installed my system to begin with when the house was built 12 years ago. You really have to respect a company and a person who will take into account all the options and provide you with the cheapest ones, even if it is not their company. Overall, all I paid for was just the service fee for them to come out but I felt it still saved me money because now I know what's wrong and I won't get the overcharge of someone trying to sell me a complete new garage door system. Richard probably saved me at least $700 and I will be forever grateful for that. If I needed a system installed or any further work I would definitely consider this company first. They are a first class act and care about their customers.

Precision Garage Door Service repaired broken springs and cables under warranty from a previous installation performed by them and followed up the appointment to reset the motor after having an issue with the door closing shortly after the repair. I'm impressed with their quickness to respond and setup appointments at my convenience. They sent two people almost immediately after I called on the day my garage door broke. The follow up appointment to address resetting the motor was done the next morning after I called late in the day to ask to have them check out why the door was closing after multiple attempts instead of on the first try as it should and did previously. The techs they send out know what they're doing. Precision Garage Door Service was very thorough in their analysis of the situation and provided a detailed report of the findings, repair, health check, etc. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. We will continue to use them when it comes to taking care of our garage door needs in the future. Especially because Precision Garage Door Service stands by their work to honor the warranty they provide.
