Scotty Johnson came to my home this morning. He called identified himself and was here on time. He explained to me what needed to be done and proceeded to perform the work. He was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and I like to give him a four-star rating. I was certainly recommend him again. He's a good representative for precision doors.

This was my first time using this company. I messed but Percision corrected the problem. Technician Tim McRae was very professional and proactive. Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future.
