John Patton was the technician assigned to our service. He was right on time, assessed our needs and explained options and recommendations. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am the type of person that wants to watch and try to understand what work is being performed. Not only was John okay with me being present He explained what he was doing and never slowed down from getting the job done. He was one of the "best" service technicians we have ever dealt with. He is most definitely an asset to the Precision Garage Door Company. I will absolutely recommend him and your company to anyone needing the services you provide. Would give him more than 5 stars if possible.

I was very satisfied with the service technician Richard M. He was dealing with a truck breakdown and called us to inform that he would be delayed in coming. Within 2 minutes he resolved the keypad issue by showing me how to replace the battery. Our existing remotes were very old and one of them did not work. He then provided us two new remotes and programmed them. He only charged us for the service call and not the new remotes.

I contacted Precision Door when my garage door spring broke. After trying to DIY fix it, I called for quote to fix/replace. The phone was answered by a person and an appointment was made for the next day. Representative (John) showed up as promised, explained the failures related to the door and assembly (30 years old mind you), and all aspects of the estimate to replace the door and opener, and verified that the selected door was in stock. Door will be replaced within 2 days of quote. I called Precision as they have a good reputation, are responsive and insured.

Alex helped me out with an issue with my garage door. He was super professional and very helpful! While he was at my house he suggested doing maintenance on the door, which I do every year, so he took care of that as well. I have been using Precision Door for years and quite frankly this is the only company I use. I highly recommend Precision Door as every experience I've had with them has always been great! Alex also suggested a surge protector for the garage door which I did purchase. Great suggestion and I really appreciated his expertise.

Ryan then serviced both of our garage doors and checked them both to verify that they functioned and operated normally. Andy and Alfredo were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased by how quickly I was able to schedule service. My only complaint is that I was told on the phone that the $95 service call charge was included in the installation price that I was quoted, but it was not.

Tim Yeager has that unusual combination of being both personable and professional. Nobody wakes up hoping that today is the day for a new garage door but having said that Tim took the sting out of it through his kindness and competence. None of my garage door codes would work. Called Precision Garage and Scotty arrived the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The garage motor printed circuit board was bad. Scotty installed a new motor head containing the circuit board and I was good to go. In addition he also made sure MyQ remote system worked. I recommend Precision.

I contacted Precision Door around 3 pm on Monday afternoon when a bracket on our door broke and Ryan was scheduled to address our door issues Tuesday morning. Amazing responsiveness. Ryan called on the way to our house and arrived as planned. He assessed the door issues and proposed a plan to fix and service the door. With a clear estimate of costs. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and completed the work in a very efficient manner. The result is a door working like new. In addition, with the age of the door, he provided a clear proposal refurbish the door when the time came.

I used Precision Garage Door Service after reading the reviews and watching the commercials. I used there service because my garage door stopped working and they had a technician out the next day. Scotty Johnson the technician diagnosed the problem and had the garage door opener fixed in under an hour.
