I had an overall disappointing experience with Precision Garage Door. I wasn’t a fan of being charged a service fee just for them to come out, especially when that wasn’t clearly adding value to the visit. On top of that, their pricing felt higher than expected compared to other options I explored. The experience itself didn’t really justify the cost, and it left me feeling like there were better, more customer-friendly alternatives out there. I ultimately found another company that was more reliable, transparent, and much more in line with what I expected in terms of both service and pricing. Because of that, I personally wouldn’t choose Precision again.

Great response time and great work done. I had an appointment the same day I called and I could not believe it. The window they gave me was within reason (4 hours) and the technician arrived within an hour of the window. Technician fixed garage and tuned the springs, applied lubrication and serviced the whole garage system. The work was prompt, efficient and you can tell the difference.

First time I used Precision and I would not hesitate to use them again. I called on a Saturday not expecting someone to answer but was pleasantly surprised they did and further, they could have someone come on Sunday.
