Evan Kopel from Precision did a great job repairing my garage door! One of the springs broke. The springs were replaced, along with a few other aging parts that needed replacing. The door now works much better (quieter and smoother) than it did before the spring broke. Everything was carefully explained before the work was done and several options provided, highlighting the ones that were most important. I would most definitely call him Evan again! Precision was great to send Evan just a few hours after I contacted them! Evan was fully equipped to do all the repairs on his first visit!

Fine service appointment today with John. He diagnosed my remote problem immediately and replaced the faulty sensors and wiring. He provided the cost and that is exactly what I was charged. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, Thomas showed up on time and evaluated my doors while explaining everything he was examining and why. After his diagnosis, he walked me through different options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and had both up and running in under an hour. They sound like new! Yes, the technician did the good job, I have no issues with him. But, I had a broken belt, instead of just replacing it he replaced the whole assembly. As per him it is company policy to replace the assembly, I think it is not necessary, I just need the belt. It cast me way more than I expected.
