Scotty arrived quickly which was needed. Backup cord did not work. He was thorough in his evaluation and put an interim fix in place. We order a whole new door and motor as ours is over 30 years old. He was knowledgeable and customer focused. I would highly recommend Precision. I only didn’t give 5 stars because the door hasn’t been installed yet.

I highly recommend these folks! I was able to book an appointment immediately and for the first time in my life the technician arrived 30 minutes BEFORE the scheduled time window! Ricky Sanchez was very knowlegable and explained all my options then was able to complete the motor replacement in less than an hour because he had all the parts necessary on his truck. He was super friendly and courteous and I will recommend him to any of my neighbors who might need garage door service.

We came home from a weekend trip and found the cables hanging loosely and the torsion spring broken on one of our garage doors. I went to the Precision website and clicked on the chat. Given that it was just after 9pm on a Sunday, I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise, the chat was able to schedule an appointment between 4pm and 8pm on Monday. The tech, Scotty, arrived just before 4:30. He explained what he expected to do and got it done quickly, completing the repair within about 30 minutes! Scotty was friendly and professional, exactly what I have come to expect from Precision Garage Door professionals! Repairman was very courteous and efficient. I was told when he would arrive and he appeared on time. The repair was performed on the same day I called for assistance. I was offered alternatives on what repairs could be done - a short term solution and a longer term one which had a year’s warranty. The alternative I chose was quickly performed as all needed parts were on the repairman’s truck. I was very much pleased with the service.

I recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any emergency garage repairs. Our 2-car garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon and so we were unable to get our cars out of the garage. Having used this company before in upstate NY, I called Precision Garage Door Service again here in Pittsboro, NC at 4PM on a Friday afternoon. Fortunately I was relieved to discover that an appointment was available between 8AM to 12PM the next day. Tim McRae showed up promptly at 8AM the next day. He reviewed 3 different options w/ me, I selected the option which worked for my budget, and then he began the repair work. After approximately 1 hour, Tim finished w/ the job. He provided recommendations to keep my garage door in good working order and suggested suitable next steps. Tim was not pushy at all, was very pleasant to speak with, and performed all work requested. Once again, Precision Garage Door Service did not disappoint. Thank you Tim!! :-)
