When the 30 year old spring on our garage door snapped on a Friday afternoon leaving the garage door stuck shut we knew we needed to get it fixed asap. Precision had spots available that day and Saturday. And when John arrived he clearly knew what he was doing, gave us a couple options and promptly fixed it. If I had the time to shop around I probably could have gotten it done for less but I didn’t have time and they did a great job getting the door working again.

Replacement of garage door panel. Guys replaced a lower panel that was damaged by homeowner. They made sure remotes worked, and provided maintenance on door. The full door was put in 4 years ago, and prices have increased dramatically. It’s a solid door, and precision door provides great service and follow through.

Rickey Sanchez has turned me into a believer. My garage door only worked when you held the wall control until the door closed. This caused a quality of life issue at the house. I felt Rickey explained how to solve the problem and what to expect when it was fixed. I honestly wanted to avoid replacing the system (the cheap way out) even though I knew the saying, you get what you get what you paid for. I can say certainly having full access to our house has been a welcomed correction. We use the garage more often instead of bypassing the garage door headache most of the time. Thanks Rickey for helping me make the decision that best fit my need. And being the consultant and expert from start to finish. I am excited when I pull up to the house instead of annoyed by a frustrating obstacle. No need to say the rest of the family recognized the benefit. Top marks to Rickey and the Precision team

Probably one of the best experiences with a service company anyone could experience! One of the springs in our double door garage had snapped the night before and I called precision and was able to get an appointment the next day at 8:00 am. Their tech Scotty Johnson called and texted before he arrived was very professional. The manner in which he worked and the knowledge he had you would think he was the owner. He asses the situation and gave me options of cost and estimated time of completion and kept to his word! My garage door was back in working order within an hour bc his truck had the parts and the tech knew what he was doing! I will definitely be telling my friends and neighbors about Precision and the quality of work and especially recommend Scotty Johnson!
