RICKY SANCHEZ came when our keypad stopped working. I tried to fix it myself without success (but with plenty of frustration!).. Ricky came, changed out the unit in a flash, programmed it for us, tested it, and gave us lots of useful tips about garage door maintenance to extend its life. Great service!

The old wire sensors on either side of the garage door had corroded and no longer communicated with each other. They were cut back and replaced with new wire. The door now operates properly. The tech, Richard McCann also replaced several overhead light bulbs. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. Kudos.

We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the outcome. Saturday was no different. Tim was to come after 4p. He got a job done ahead of time and offered to meet us at 10:30a. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the repair done in thirty minutes..on a Saturday. Oh, and a very friendly lad to boot. As a small business owner I appreciate good service. This was exemplary and an example of how things should be done. Thank you Precision and Tim.

Great and prompt service. Called first thing Monday morning and they had a tech out by 10:30. Repair need was obvious, but the tech quickly had the estimate with multiple well laid out options based on my standard setup and age of the garage system. Tech walked through each options and clearly explaining the “what and why” of the parts with each option. Pricing was on par with others in the area. The repairs were completed the same day. Josh the technician also went above and beyond with adjusting/lubing other components not being replaced to ensure as smooth of operation as possible.

Today we had our garage door fixed which the spring broke last night. Scheduling was easy. The tech was timely, friendly and very knowledgeable. RICKY SANCHES was a pure professional walked us through all the things he recommended to fix to extend the life of the door working smoothly. He provided us with 2 options with no pressure. We called Precision to repair a broken spring. We were able to setup an appointment the next day. The service Tech Ricky was timely, friendly and just wanted to make sure we understood all the steps of the process. He gave us a quote which we could do all things he was recommending or just parts. The time to fix was very reasonable. At the end of the repair he walked us through all the things he did. He shows the parts that were replaced and good thing we decided to replace our cables as they were really we’re ready to good. So thanks for the though inspection. I will continue to us Precision for all our properties moving forward.
