Everything went well, the one thing I was not pleased with is the fact the people in the office will not answer your call or return a call. I was put on the wait list if someone cancel, well someone did cancel. I was called, I missed the call, but I called back, but no one answered the call. I left a message that I wanted the appointment. Never got a call or text or anything, about me getting the appointment. I was going out of town for a week, that is why I wanted the earlier appointment, I told her that when the first appointment was made.

I chose to use Precision Garage Doors based on recommendations of family and neighbors. I was very pleased with the service. The company texted me a picture of Edward the service man before he arrived which he did well within the appointment times. Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job of cleaning up afterwards including taking my old garage door away. He very patiently explained the new door, remotes and keyless entry. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

My experience with Precision Garage door was excellent from start to finish. The installation technician, Edward Morales, did a great job. He was very thorough, tidy, and friendly. When he was all finished, he patiently showed me the new features and paired my car to the doors, which is enormously helpful. I am grateful to the whole team!

Precision provided timely and professional sales and installation. Our 30 year-old door and spring mechanism failed, trapping one of our cars in the garage. Tim McRae (technician/salesman) came out that afternoon, helped me get the car out of the garage and showed me my repair and replacement options. Edward Morales, lead installer, arrived the next afternoon with a new door and spring mechanism. The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with our new insulated door. I'm happy to recommend this service.
