Precision has an excellent business model. I called them late Saturday afternoon. An extremely helpful customer serv. rep. scheduled a tech the next day (a Sunday!). Luke (very professional) arrived at the time promised and quickly diagnosed the issue as well as other items needing attention. He provided 4-options ranked by urgency.... no pressure up-sell tactics! The high quality repairs took about an hour. Great company with great employees!

Communication was great. I had them replace my load squeeky 23 year old opener and they replaced the rollers since mine were showing signs of fatigue. Friendly tech, and fast good quality work. I hadn't even thought of changing the rollers, but when he pointed out the possibility of changing them i took a good look and saw the signs of metal fatigue on the pins. The new opener is so quiet, and I can use my phone to open the door too. Considering i made the appointment yesterday, I would recommend this company.

Five stars for quality of service, two-three stars for cost. The technician did an excellent job and was friendly, professional, and thorough. He gave me several different estimates for what could be done to address my situation ranging from doing the bare minimum to replacing all worn parts. He did not pressure me at all. I reluctantly ended up choosing the more expensive option, but in all honesty, I thought the cost was exorbitant, something over which he had no control. Before the estimate, I was anticipating a maximum of $1000; it turned out to be almost three times that on a job that took just over two hours to complete. I may be out of touch with today's prices, but the materials cost far more than I thought they should have. I did not shop around other options; maybe they would have been no different, and perhaps I should have. Something tells me your mark-up must be huge. I couldn’t have asked for better quality of service, but i might have hoped for a more reasonable cost.

The quoted price was extremely higher than other quotes to complete the work. The price quoted was 85% over what we finally went with. Additionally, they charge a fee to come out to assess. None of the other vendors did. I’m sure they do an awesome job when you use the service. However, I couldn’t find a logical reason to pay thousands versus a few hundred dollars.
