We called Precision to repair a broken spring. We were able to setup an appointment the next day. The service Tech Ricky was timely, friendly and just wanted to make sure we understood all the steps of the process. He gave us a quote which we could do all things he was recommending or just parts. The time to fix was very reasonable. At the end of the repair he walked us through all the things he did. He shows the parts that were replaced and good thing we decided to replace our cables as they were really we’re ready to good. So thanks for the though inspection. I will continue to us Precision for all our properties moving forward.

The ability to make a same day appointment online was great! Ricky was super professional, he explained all options to address the problem with my garage door. Today I had Richard Sanchez come out to repair the seal on the bottom of the garage door. Last year you had sent someone out, they said the seal was no longer available and had to be ordered, but it was never done. Today Richard evaluated it, came up with a plan to replace it since it was no longer available, and got it taken care of today. He was professional, respectful, and explained what he could do. He then explained and demonstrated to me the periodic maintenance that should be done to keep the door in good repair. I was very happy with the work that was done and especially with Richard.

I knew nothing about your company but quickly needed your service. I called Precision and had Richard Sanchez was at my garage door in less than 30-minutes...NOT two-weeks from Wednesday like a lot of other service providers. Mr. Sanchez immediately identified my garage door opener problem and within minutes offered solutions, the dollar value of all parts/service that I requested was entirely left to me. He explained all parts/services very clearly - zero ambiguities. Within just minutes Mr. Sanchez was up a ladder disassembling the original [broken system] and installing the new system; if installing garage door systems was an Olympic event Mr. Sanchez would bring home the gold. He never scratched his head or made a phone call, just became a "blur" with the speed at which he operated, followed up with an instructional demo for my wife and I (even re-programmed out cars' visor mounted garage openers for the new system's frequency). From A to Z, Mr. Sanchez's depth-of-knowledge and professionalism were second to none. If you ever need garage door assistance I have four words for you: "Precision Garage Door Service." I had precision come give me an estimate on a issue with my garage door. The salesman/repair man came to my house. Very polite and friendly gentleman. He told me that needed a new spring for my garage door and he quoted me $1600 for the repair. Unfortunately I found the price a little high, I called another company and got the repair done for $400.

Richard Sanchez came out to do a door repair for us and was excellent. Due to the age and type of spring we had, he highly recommended replacing the second one as that material is no longer used for a reason and the second one will likely fail soon. Great on time service
