I had a great experience with Precision Door Service. They were able to schedule a next-day appointment, and the technician, Andy Maynard, was able to come earlier than expected. He was courteous and efficient, and clearly explained the issue with my garage door. The repair was done quickly. He replaced two broken springs, drums and cables and all the rollers. He did a full inspection to make sure everything else was working properly. I appreciated the transparency in pricing—no surprise fees—and the work came with a warranty for peace of mind. I had precision come give me an estimate on a issue with my garage door. The salesman/repair man came to my house. Very polite and friendly gentleman. He told me that needed a new spring for my garage door and he quoted me $1600 for the repair. Unfortunately I found the price a little high, I called another company and got the repair done for $400.

The installer did an excellent job of installing new door springs. He was very informative about what he had to do to install the new materials, and explained that the ones on the door were no longer sold......he was amazed that they were 26 years old with no problems. I ended up having him install my other door while he was doing the job......great guy......I really like how you sent out an early text message with his name and picture.
