Richard called to let me know he could come early, and to make sure that was ok w me. When he arrived, he listened to my concerns and needs first, then did his assessment. Richard did a good job of explaining what he found and connected that to what I saw and heard. He made sure I understood the choices I had, in order to deal with my immediate concerns, what could be done preventively, and what symptoms to look for in the future that meant there was an urgent problem. I never felt pressured, just educated. He completed the work I chose in this same visit. I felt very good about the results and would trust him with future service, for myself, and other family or friends.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the product and service I received from Precision Garage Door Service and their service technician Richard McCann. My garage door opener was noisy and becoming unreliable. There were features like an outside keypad, which I had in my previous home that I didn’t have in my current home. I asked for someone to provide a quote and an appointment was scheduled within a week. Mr. McCann arrived on time, assessed the options, presented the options to me clearly and professionally. I agreed with his assessment and thought the price was reasonable. He offered to do the work immediately, and in 45 minutes I had a new quiet, reliable garage door opener.
