Had an inoperable door, Precision came out same day, diagnosed the problem and returned the next day with all the parts to resolve. Went on line Tuesday night after garage door springs broke. Set appoint for the next morning. Next morning they called to let me know they were on their way. Repair person showed up on time. Provided detailed quote. Completed work in the same visit within the next hour. The cost was a hair more than I anticipated but that is not their fault. Major repair. Three year warranty included. Highly recommend. 99% of the time I do all repairs. When it comes to torsion springs and replacement...leave it to the professionals. You can break an arm of lose a finger if you don't know what you are doing.
