Precision was great. I called today for service and they had an opening today! Brandon came out was extremely helpful and fixed our issue promptly. His service was fantastic. Will definitely call precision and ask for Brandon when more service is needed. They were also extremely affordable and let you know costs prior to doing anything. Very good and prompt service from this company.

I love that the salesman had samples of the garage doors. I knew I wanted an insulated door, but I didn’t realize how different they were. Everyone was friendly and professional. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. The new door is really quiet and smooth and makes a big difference in the temperature of the garage. (We previously insulated the garage, so with that and the new insulated garage door we are very happy)

This is my third time using this company. The tech is great, and professional. The product and service quality is excellent. Prices are high but all prices are high so you have no choice. I’m not cutting corners on a door that opens and closes to let out my car. Recommend this company. Justin was the service technician.

I recently purchased a home, and realized the garage door was not opening. I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.

Our garage door motor burned up yesterday. I called Precision and they sent Andy Maynard this morning. He presented us with 3 options and we chose the middle option. Andy didn’t try to upsell us and he did a phenomenal job installing the new motor and gave us a great tutorial. I would highly recommend Andy and Precision Garage Door. The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday.
