Scotty did an excellent job repairing my garage door. It used to be so loud that when you closed the door you could hear it down the street and now it’s working better than ever and is very quiet. I appreciated he took the time to explain what was happening with the different parts and presented a few options for level of repair. The estimate that was provided was accurate to the end price.

The estimate was several times higher than an average from other companies in the area. The recommendation included a lot of unnecessary parts replacement. I paid $101.89 for the trip for nothing! Never use your service again!

As always, Precision Garage Door was fantastic (Richard in particular). They came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem (broken motor) very quickly. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely be calling Precision again if I need more garage door help.

I called for service on one inside control station that was not working. Chris arrived exactly at the scheduled time and switched out the defective device. Two years after it was installed, it was covered by the warranty.

I am very thankful to Scotty for his very professional service on our garage door. I was notified that he was on the way and when to expect him. He is very pleasant and took his time to explain what was broken and needed to be repaired. He presented three different options to choose from and never pressured me to choose any of them. He completed the repairs in the exact time he told me to expect. When he was finished with the repairs he asked me to call back if any problems. Scotty and Richard did a super job, they came early and were professional in the initial quote, explaining two different types of repairs. After that, they made the repair quickly and when they left even though it was more expensive than I initially thought it would be I was very satisfied that I had a good job, that would last years beyond a less expensive service. Richard did a great job demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills. He knew what needed to be done to repair my garage and did it in a timely manner. The technician, Garrett, arrived on time and gave me an estimate of the work to be completed. He was to install an aluminum track and new door seal for my two garage doors. I was somewhat surprised at how quickly and efficiently he completed the work. Garrett was friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. This is the second time Precision Door has serviced my doors and I will definitely be calling them again in the future.
