Exceptional service provided by John Patton, but started with great phone conversation with Customer Service (Ms. Gracia?), followed with informative visit "heads up" message, listing the Technician's name and picture. Our door (installed by other Company, now out of business) was a notch up from the "bare" contractor grade, but the original hardware was cheap, worn out, and causing issues (likely contributing to the spring breakage; the reason we called). John politely and patiently presented us with three clever options, from bare fix (but with better grade components) to complete hardware swap and extensive tune up). We were happy with our selection, and John also left us with professional recommendations, which I will put to use immediately. I specifically requested a "door sticker" and a business card, but certainly will never forget whom to call, when professional-grade service or maintenance is needed. I was able to schedule a same day appointment online to have someone come out and look at our garage door that wasn’t opening. Technician Evan Kopel came out quickly, assessed the issue and offered us a solution. He quickly replaced the springs in the opener and when completed we discussed with him replacing the opener unit which he was able to do on the spot. He was informative and did excellent work. Scotty Johnson was outstanding. He called prior to showing up at the agreed time and spent time understanding the issues with my garage door. He explained why an opener belt broke and the reason for the noise on opening. He gave a number of corrective actions from which to choose and provided positives and negatives for each option with differential pricing. When working he would repair items such as wiring that were needed and it did not affect the agreed pricing. I highly recommend Scotty for any garage door issues.

A torsion spring on my overhead garage door broke and I called Precision Garage Door Service at 8 AM on a Tuesday. I selected them based on a large number of favorable reviews and the information on their web site. Their technician, Aaron Bean, arrived at Noon the same day and had the door fixed just after 2 PM. He was competent, professional and courteous. He clearly explained the several repair options and their costs. He respected my home and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this company.
