Door opener stopped working. Technicians tried inexpensive adjustments that worked twice temporarily. Never any sales pressure but motor was very old. At my request, not under any pressure, a new motor price was quoted and again under no pressure I said to go ahead. Within the hour it was installed and checked out. I REALLY appreciate the no pressure approach, professional installation and what seems like really nice Lift Master motor using my same door and rail. No pressure to buy unneeded new ones. Happy customer. I would use them again.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable and more than exceeded my expectations! He listened to my concerns and explained everything in a way that I completely understood. Right now, the costs of a new unit were a little more than I could afford right now. However, your technician was extremely thorough, and I now have estimates for several options. I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix or replace my opener as it was no longer working after 22 years. Upon calling, Alysia was very helpful in getting me on the schedule immediately. The technician, Travis Boone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnosis. He explained the different replacement garage door openers and was efficient with the replacement and lubed the existing tracks. Travis took the time to assist me in setting up the keypad code, the app, the homelink in my vehicle and explaining the system overall. We needed to replace our garage door opener, so I started looking places up online. I called two different places and decided to go with Precision. Best decision I ever made! I called at about 9:45 a.m. and they gave me a service window of between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Much to my surprise, a technician was here about an hour later. Ashley was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He went through all the options in great detail. After making my selection, he got right to work. He had everything he needed on his truck. He took away the old garage door opener and cleaned up after himself, leaving nothing to be disposed of. Once the new opener was installed, he made sure to explain how it operates. He programmed the keypad outside the door and made sure it worked properly. He even made sure both remotes worked. I am very pleased with our new garage door opener. It's quieter than the old one. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone in need of replacement or repairs for your garage door. My experience from start to finish was superb. Thank you Precision! You guys are the best!

Our garage door opener broke after 22 years and upon calling Precision Garage Door Service, the office gal, Aliysia was able to get a technician scheduled for us early the next morning. The technician, Travis Boone was prompt, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with the issue and the new install.
