Aaron S is that guy!!! I used Precision for a repair about a year ago. Yesterday, the bracket for the arm to raise the door broke off. Today Aaron quickly assessed the situation and told me what he was going to do in detail. He installed a stronger bracket but here's where the great service part came in... He checked the work done last year and determined the spring being used was not the correct one. He fixed the original issue I called for and then replaced the spring above the door. He apologized and explained since we were still under warranty on the prior repair that there would be no charge...he was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. He lubed the hinges, reinspected his work, and gave me some maintenance pointers. He was kind and knowledgeable. Precision has a repeat customer for sure. He could have upcharged me or left the bad spring cause it wasn't his problem...but he was honest and took care if the issue(s). Honesty and respect still exist. Thanks Aaron and Precision.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very dishonest. Tried to charge me over $2k to replace springs on my double size garage door. Another company charged me just a fraction of that. Also, they try to box you in by charging $99 (non-refundable) just to show up, and charge you an additional 3% if you pay with credit card. They may delete this review from their website. If not, please beware and shop around instead

My new Haas garage door, LiftMaster belt drive opener and exterior keypad were installed today and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish, my Precision Garage Door of Raleigh experience was first rate! Sales John Lefevre explained exactly what would be done and office coordinator Kayla Paschal kept me informed all along the way. Installers Jaxon Fisher and Connor Fisher were pleasant, professional and efficient. They answered all of my questions, finished the installation in just over 2 hours, and left the site clean as a whistle. Kudos to the entire team!

My technician Richard Sanchez was very professional and identified a safety issue where a supporting brace had pulled away from the wall which could have caused significant damage. The reason for the call was to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door. He inspected the other parts of the door where he found the above issue. He explained the work that was required and completed everything in a timely fashion.

I have used Precision in the past and was impressed by the work and professionalism of the technician. The service preformed today was also profession and the tech pinpointed the problem right away. What I thought was going to a bank account buster was actually a simple fix. He didn't try to hood wink me into buying something or doing work that wasn't needed. I was able to book an appointment for the next day online. The tech called when he was on his way. He was extremely friendly and professional. He fixed all the problem areas and had us up and running in about an hour and a half. So I happy to have found Precision.
