Instead of having to replace an entire section of our garage door, which was the initial assessment, they ended up only needing to replace the single glass pane. Nobody wakes up hoping that today is the day for a new garage door but having said that Tim took the sting out of it through his kindness and competence. None of my garage door codes would work. Called Precision Garage and Scotty arrived the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The garage motor printed circuit board was bad. Scotty installed a new motor head containing the circuit board and I was good to go. In addition he also made sure MyQ remote system worked. I recommend Precision.
