My garage door opener was damaged by the recent storms. Precision Door Service replaced it within a few hours after I called. The technician, Alex, was very professional, personable and knowledge about the problem and the solution to promptly fix it. He was very helpful about instructing me how to setup the WiFi and everything is working great. I would recommend Precision Door and definitely use them again.

Was truly impressed with the service I received from Precision Garage door Service. Called in the afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the same afternoon. Technician actually arrived well ahead of schedule. Diagnosed the problem and presented the options to me. Service was exceptional & price I thought was reasonable. Technician setup the system and thoroughly explained everything. What was even more impressive is that the system displayed an error code - did not affect the operation. Instead of just saying don't worry about it and disappearing, when the technician worked with the manufacturer on the problem, following up with me daily on what was going on. Never felt out of the loop or abandoned. Problem is now solved.

We had an emergency situation with our garage door not closing. After my husband’s numerous attempts to resolve the issue, he finally decided to contact a professional. He found Precision on his Google search, contacted them and they sent someone out within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in repairing the garage door and even suggested an additional part to reinforce the middle of the door. Even though we didn’t add the addition to our repair bill, he was nice enough to tell us where we could purchase an alternative to provide some support. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Chris, the technician was excellent, kind and patient along with being very efficient. My only complaint is the service charge. Most services I know would waiver the service call if there was major work to be done and Precision doesn’t do that apparently. Felt like they were a bit pricey but, much like everything else these days. Again, Chris was the best part of my experience!

Lightning struck our garage door opener and fried it. Andy replaced it. I also asked that he replace the springs, belt, rollers, and rubber door bottom while he was here. I was very pleased with his work. He explained everything very well to me, and quickly completed all the work.

I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me an appointment that same morning . Alex was able to be at our house within an hour. He was pleasant and nice and took the time to look over everything. He not only explained what the problem was, he took the time to show me exactly what he was talking about to ensure I was not being mislead. We even purchased and installed a new opener while he was here even though the old one probably would of given us a few more years out of it. Alex never pushed anything on us. I appreciate the courtesy and it was a pleasure to have Alex perform our service.

Our garage door spring suddenly broke one day and I just happened to call Precision door service. Our technician Scott came out the next day and showed up in a very nice looking maintenance truck. He was great to work with, professional, thorough and finished the job quickly. Scott ended up changing both springs and roller bearings in our main door. He even lubed up the door and now it’s much quieter than before. I’d definitely call Precision again for garage door repairs.
