Our garage door was malfunctioning . The previous owners of our home had left Precision Door information & invoice sheets with us . So we called them . Devon Culver was our tech who came out to inspection & repair . He was very courteous & informative when sharing what the problem was . He also assured us with the details of his inspection on the door itself& he told us it wasn’t a Precision Door. Also the motor running it wasn’t a Precision motor . But it wasn’t from his company , he fixed the problem & assured us that the door was in good shape & all the mechanism was working well . He could’ve just walked away from the whole thing knowing it wasn’t a product from his company but he didn’t. He solved the problem & we were so happy . Alex arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok) and quickly assessed our needs. He ended up also doing a full renovation of the springs and rollers to enhance the performance and lifetime of the new opener. The garage was cleaner than when he arrived at the end of the process and he made sure I had fully set up all the peripheral devices and network connections. I could not have been more pleased with the results.

Terrific experience with Precision Doors. Called for service at roughly 9:00 AM and my called was immediately answered by a representative. The technician called ahead and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Evan arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided several solutions. Our garage door opener was replaced within 2 hours. Evan was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Precision Door and Evan.
