Buy Beware: Precision will overprice you on garage door services that you go to other garage specialists and get it cheaper, trust me I know. Quoted me $1700 for a broken garage door spring and done for $598 from another vendor and they provided the same warranty on the part and more time with the service warranty and I didn’t have to have a “coupon.” Happy New Year!!

I recently purchased a home, and realized the garage door was not opening. I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.

Replace garage door opener and was out by 1:15pm. Very professional and left the garage clean. The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday. We had to keep pressing the closer 3 different times to get it down. We are going to have this fixed, but I did like the installer. Thank you, Cynthia Meekins
