Evan came out first thing on a Saturday and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Evan did a great job explaining how the garage works and what components do what, as well as presenting several different options to fix the mechanisms. He did not pressure us to pick the most expensive option, rather, presented each option with pros and cons. We'll definitely be calling Evan again if the garage stops working!

Precision was great. I called today for service and they had an opening today! Brandon came out was extremely helpful and fixed our issue promptly. His service was fantastic. I love that the salesman had samples of the garage doors. I knew I wanted an insulated door, but I didn’t realize how different they were. Everyone was friendly and professional. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. The new door is really quiet and smooth and makes a big difference in the temperature of the garage. (We previously insulated the garage, so with that and the new insulated garage door we are very happy)
