I had to have my garage door worked on due to the fact that it would not come up because the cables and springs have broken. I called his company and was given an appointment very quickly. Tim showed up on time called before he came to let me know he was on his way. he arrived and identified what was the problem with my garage door and probably within less than three hours he had it all working it is very Old and it is working great. He was very polite and thorough. I have a warranty and I also have his card to come out and service it once a year.

I've used Precision every time I had an issue with my garage doors. Good service and knowledgeable employees. But this time the price literally blew me away. Trevor mentioned a price change but this time it seem ridiculously high. $1300 to repair my wife's garage door. He wasn't at my house an hour. Again good service but the price may make me look elsewhere.

Very prompt response to my inquiry to check out my system. Solutions offered were excessively expensive and not practical. Technician was prompt and pleasant but the company is all about selling everything new and at an above market rate.

Our apologies for feeling like we are only trying to sell you something new, but per the technician your operator issue is not fixable because the manufacturer no longer makes repair parts for your model. Unfortunately in your situation the only fix for your operator is to replace it with a new model where you will have a warranty and the ability to service it should it need anything.
