I would give Scotty a a sixth star! Scotty was on time, professional, and called ahead to make sure he had the proper parts. When he arrived, he was knowledgeable about the problem with the trim. Best of all, he had a practical solution. Finally, he offered advice on a surge protector for the motor: a recommendation demonstrating his professionalism.

I was making coffee as my wife was leaving to work and as her garage door was closing I heard a loud pop! Sure enough spring broke. Called Precision that morning and they had Trevor out to our house in 2 hours! Trevor assessed the situation and gave me a clear explanation on the end bearings, right sizing springs, and also the fate of our Genie POC that came with the house. In the end, after unpressured discussion I decided to address both garage doors springs and end bearings along with replacing the Genie with a LiftMaster. Trevor did an outstanding installation job and even programmed my trucks homelink buttons for the garage door openers. He was done in 2 hours and left no trace he was ever here. Couldn't be happier with the great customer service delivered by Precision. It is a rarity these days. Price was a little too much. I was charged $73 for one Linear MCT3 remote but it is 2 for $20 at Amazon. Total invoice was over $1000 with the parts and 1 hour labor. But I still gave 4 stars because Trevor was great and very knowledgeable.
