The technician was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. My only issue was that he did not arrive wearing a mask, which I assume is company policy. If there had been more concern for the safety of the customer, this would have been a five-star review.

The safety of our customers and employees is very important to us and as a company, we are following the recommended guidelines that are in place for COVID. Our technicians know that they must wear their mask when they exit their truck to greet a customer but they do not have to drive around in their truck with their mask on, if they are riding alone. Scotty was very informative, on time and let us know that he was ahead of time so he was earlier than expected. He had me fixed up w/in an hour and did a wonderful job not only on the misaligned door, but got rid of the constant creeky door when opening or shutting. Five star and will recommend.

Extremely happy with the results of my new door and opener installation. Jaxon worked through multiple weather seal trim issues to ensure everything was perfect. The new opener is very quiet. I bought two Genie remotes from Genie's online site. They arrived very quickly and programming was very straightforward. Highly recommended if you need a new door and/or opener.

Wonderful experience. I called to make a service appointment about 3:15 today thinking it would be done in the next couple of days. They offered me a window of 4pm to 8pm TODAY. No sooner did I hang up with the office when the technician called to say he would be at my house by 4 pm. And he was early. He diagnosed my problem and explained to me in detail why I needed a new motor. 35 minutes later, I had a brand new garage door opener. I am very pleased with the service. The technician was so nice and patient with his explanations!

our garage door literally fell out of the track and landed on our car. I called precision because they installed it and calmly explained how dangerous this was. the first rep wanted $150 extra in top of the normal fee to come out after hours. when I told her I needed to talk to a manager to explain why I didn't think I should have to pay she hung up on me midsentence. the second time I called the rep connected me with a manager, Sean from the Atlanta corporate office , who cut me off before I could explain what happened. he then yelled "it's never the customer's fault! no one ever does anything wrong!". In the end he apologized, listened to what happened and actually gave a reasonable explanation for why he thought the problem was the fault of whoever built the garage, however getting to a point where someone would listen was such a headache I told them I'd look for someone else to repair the garage
We are very sorry you feel like you received one star service from the phone conversations you had and that you were disconnected with the call center. We strive for all of our customers to have a five star experience every time they receive service from us. We do fully understand your frustration with the unfortunate event of your H-casing pulling off the wall and making your door fall. After doing some research and speaking with the call center and Sean, we did offer appointments to come out and fix the door for you. We offered appointment times during normal business hours so that you would not have had the emergency after hours fee and of when you called, you were offered the first available time which was after hours and that does include the after hours fee. It is very typical for service companies to charge emergency fees for services needed after hours as that fee goes to the technicians that are pulled away to go out during late evening hours. We are glad that Sean was able to explain to you in detail why this door issue wasn't under warranty, as you would be a new customer with Precision and our warranties do not transfer from homeowner to homeowner. The previous homeowner did not elect for us to replace the home's original H-casing with a new one when we installed the garage door three years ago. We wish we could have come to a solution with you, but since we couldn't, we completely understand you calling another company. If we can assist you in the future, please don't hesitate to call, as we would love the opportunity to show that customer satisfaction is the top goal of our company.
