Ricky gets 4 stars; Precion's costs, 3 stars. He did a good job of explaining our options for maintenance of our garage door. I'm REALLY getting tired though of being told that various systems and devices are "builder grade," & therefore need a much more expensive upgrade of parts OR the entire system. In the case of our garage door, Ricky pitched that we needed to replace springs & rollers in addition to lubing & tightening to get any lasting improvement in noise level & smoothness of operation. Otherwise, we'd be needing the lubing & tightening again in a short amount of time. Therefore, since we're seniors & don't want to do all this again before we move to assisted-type living in a few years, I bought the logic of getting a better fix now...once & for all...despite the cost being a budget-buster.

Concord Precision to check our garbage door since it was taking multiple attempts to close. They were able to come out same day and earlier than originally scheduled which was great. Tim was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He replaced the sensors, replaced the 10 rollers, did a tuneup, and performed a safety check all in about an hour. Very happy with the service and work done. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Had a mouse get into my garage during the recent ice storm due to an eight inch section of the bottom weather stripping shrinking. Called and spoke to Gwen at 6:00 p.m. who assured me that she would have a tech out to see me the following day and quoted me a very reasonable price. The next day the technician Andy called me to let me know that he could be at my house earlier than my appointment. Showed up ten minutes later and was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the bitter cold, he replaced my weather stripping and had my door fixed within a half hour - and at the quoted price with no attempt to upsell me on other services. Because of the fantastic customer service and tech quality, I will never use any other company for garage door repairs in the future.
