Our garage door opener broke (aluminum tore at the end of the track) and was immobilized. We called after hours on Monday night and explained the situation and that we wanted to repair and if necessary, replace everything worn out (all but the door itself) due to the age. Brandon came out Tuesday morning and performed an assessment and provided all options, from minimal repair to make it operational, to replacing all worn components - except the door itself. We wanted to have another 9 years of problem free usage, so we opted for replacing all worn parts including the opener. With the supply chain problems everywhere, I'd figured we'd be waiting a week at least to get all the parts needed, but I was ecstatic to hear Brandon say he made sure he loaded the truck up in the morning and already had all the new parts needed already in the truck! He worked quickly and efficiently installing the parts including a new opener, springs, and a more solid track for our heavy 20 foot door. He made sure we programmed the outside keypad and made sure we were happy with all the work he'd done. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole visit including, explaining the new opener features and functionality. We would definitely call Brandon and Precision again if we ever have any garage door issues! Thanks Brandon!

My install couldn't have been better. Shane is a likable guy that did the installation without a hitch. We really needed it done because our garage contents were exposed due the my daughter taking out the original door by bad driving. John Lefevere wrote up the order. He is a great representative of Precision Doors as well. (I left another review but keep getting prompted to leave a review.)

While I appreciate an advance call from a technician telling me how I should just replace the garage door keypad myself and save some money, clearly that isn’t something I felt comfortable doing. Hence why I called you all in the first place. If a customer doesn’t take you up on the offer of just ‘doing it themselves’ the first or second time, it probably doesn’t make sense to state it a third and fourth time; just adding to the frustration. In the end, yes it was fixed the day I called; hence the three stars. But based on this interaction, I would not recommend this company.

Extremly pleased with Precision Garage Door. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial call to set an appointment for a sales representative to look at our doors, to internal customer service and communications of process, timeline, scheduling and install; everything they said about timeline and expectations was spot on! Our doors were 27 years old and had both doors, railing, coils relaced along with installing new motors. Andrew was our installer. He did a wonderful job installing the doors as well as explaining about the new insulation, care for the coils and railing and abour our new motors. Again, Precision Garage Doors says it in their name and well deserved ????????????
