Luke introduced himself professionally. I gave him a description of the garage door noise symptoms. He quickly diagnosed the root cause and lubricated the springs and rollers. Moreover, he demonstrated the location of all the lubrication points. He performed a safety test of the emergency reversal in the event of a child or obstacle was present.
