So I’m happy be leave another 5???? review for Precision Door in the Raleigh area! First time that a company has actually arrived during the scheduled timeframe and Tim was actually here a minute early. ???? Extremely professional n knowledgeable when explaining what was broken. Very patient and efficient with fixing my door. Awesome jobs and would recommend without hesitation! Thank you!!

I called on a Friday night and was thrilled to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. Then over the weekend saw some TV ads and thought damn they are just going to try to sell me a new garage door. Your man showed up up on time Monday morning. Boy was I wrong. He took his time showing me all the issues with my door. Good and bad. Gave me alternatives, never suggesting a new door. I accepted his recommendation. I will call you again, especially if I want a new door. Very professional attitude

Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective.
