We recently had our garage springs on both sides break. We surveyed the community and Precision Garage Service was recommended. We called at 830 this morning and we had a technician scheduled between 12 and 4, our tech Justin called at 1158 and was at our home in the next 40 mins. He explained in detail what was needed and recommended a total package with a 7yr warranty included which will save money in the long term. He was efficient and very friendly. Our new garage door sounds quiet like an elevator. I will continue to recommend their business for certain.

Lucas Fisher did a great job installing our new doors and garage door motors with belt drive. He worked by himself. I was surprised that he had no help, but he finished in about 5 hours or so. He was friendly and polite. The doors look and work great! Highly recommend!

He explained the problem, had all the necessary replacement parts on his truck, and had the new springs and rollers installed in an hour. Paul was polite, efficient and professional. Very professional. Company provided constant updates as to the arrival date of my garage door. The installer was great. He explained everything regarding the door and the equipment. He paid attention to every single detail. He was so kind and so professional. He even moved so items out of his work path that were too heavy for me to move. Before he left, he wiped the door down removing all fingerprints, leaving everything spotless.

The door I ordered had MoonLite inserts. The door I received did not. The installer, who did a great job, called the office and was told that the door that fits my door opening does not come with the Moonlite inserts. I waited 2 months ( + -) for the door. It would have been nice if I was told this before my order was placed. They me a 200.00 break on the cost, but I would rather have the Moonlite inserts.
