I called early in the morning about spring and cables snapped and car stuck in garage. They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect. He replaced opener with better quality product & stronger motor, as well as replacing spring -in time frame he had shared. He showed me how to work all aspects. Paul arrived on time for a weekend call, quickly diagnosed our problem, and explained our options clearly. We ended up in a situation where we needed to replace rather than repair our unit's motor, so it was nice to get a review of the different features available on new units without any sense of pressure or upselling. Paul also took time to show me the features of the new unit once it was installed and stayed to make sure we were comfortable with its operation. John was our garage door opener installer and he was fantastic. He came out to install the new garage door opener the same day we contacted Precision about a new garage door opener. He installed the new opener quickly and was very thorough. He installed a MyQ garage door opener, made sure the existing door and springs were lubricated and balanced, and helped us make sure we were able to add the opener to our existing account in the app. My daughter and I highly recommend him.
