Great experience all around! Scheduling online was super simple, and we got a same-day appointment. Received a text when tech Aaron Bean was on his way—included his photo, bio, and full name—love that! He arrived on time, immediately found the problem (broken torsion spring/operator reinforcement bracket), and only suggested what was actually needed. Aaron had outstanding customer service skills and he knew what he was doing. Our 20+ year-old garage door had never been serviced and was really loud and rickety, so I asked Aaron to suggest a few ways to make it quieter, with options for different budgets. He gave several in writing, reviewed them with me, and answered all my questions. I picked one, and he finished the repair, hardware upgrades, and head unit replacement in less than two hours. Aaron also took time to explain everything to me after he finished and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Door now runs sooo much smoother and quieter! Received emails with detailed invoice, inspection report, and warranty info included—highly recommend!

Garage Door would not stay closed. Called Precision Garage Door of Raleigh. I am sorry I do not remember the name of the office personnel with whom I spoke, but she was able to arrange for Tim to come out that afternoon. This was important to me, because it was especially cold; and I was concerned about animals getting into the crawl space through the open garage door, and not being able to get out once I was able to close it. Tim was able to quickly make the needed adjustments. Both the office personnel and Tim were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Price rate was reasonable, and I was informed of same prior to the work being done. Would highly reccommend this business.
