This was an Emergency service call as our springs were broken and thus cars stuck in garage. No manual override for broken springs. Technician came after a long day of work and fixed it proficiently. Great job.

We are so excited about our new LiftMaster openers! We had a power surge that wiped out 2 of our 3 ancient openers and I have to say, of all the items we had to replace, these were the most painless. We went from creaky, clunkers (you didn’t have to announce your arrival at home when these things activated) to barely audible, smooth openers. Jay was very thorough and explained everything throughout the process. My husband even commented, “He seems to genuinely enjoy his job.” A blessing these days! My MIL used Precision last month for a big repair and I’m so glad we decided to go with her referral. A+++

We could not be happier! I called them one day, the next day they were here! Once we ordered what we wanted, they ordered it. They called this morning 8-12 2020 and they had it installed and left around 10:30. Looks great, very quite and very happy with the way everything fell right in place! Greg came on time, saw the broken door and explained what was wrong. Went over the repair items that would activate the 7-year warranty, we agreed on what should be done and he went to work. After three hours all was done and when Greg said good bye and he left a happy customer behind.

Chose Precision Doors because they are local and there customer service spectacular. I have had a couple issue with the door and they came out within 24 hours to fix it even on Sunday. Like the Jack shaft door opener.

Precision Overhead Door Service is an excellent choice for your garage door needs. Greg my technician was outstanding. He installed a new Liftmaster Smart WIFI unit adjusted the door, lubricated it and now it is perfect. It works great and sooo silent. I am very pleased. Very happy I called them. Call them for your garage door needs. They are the best around.

I’m very disappointed that you would not fix only the broken spring on our garage door. The other was replaced last year. When I called I was told $188 or around there knowing only one was broken. Would not repair unless both springs are replaced. $617 SCAM

After speaking with the technician about your job, he stated he spoke with your husband in great detail about the reason both springs needed to be replaced and that the spring you are referring to, was the wrong size for the door. It is our company policy that all springs on the door get replaced after one breaks. The reason for this is because of safety concerns for the technician and the longevity of the door. We are sorry you feel that you were scammed but this was not the case. We have a standard to uphold and make sure your door is safe and works as it should. Having the wrong spring on your door is a safety concern and we are glad that the technician was able to discuss this with your husband and make it right.
