I called in the morning because I wanted my keypad replaced. It was very unreliable. They sent Evan out that afternoon. He was wonderful. He pointed out something that would soon be needing replacement. It had happened to several of my neighbors and made the garage door unusable. I had him replace the keypad, do the recommended work and program a new remote. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them.

I have used Precision several times before and have always been satisfied. I called Sunday to set up a time for someone to come out. I was told Monday between 10-2. I called back Monday at 2:10 and was told I wasn't on the schedule. I think the girl working Sunday forgot to put it in the schedule, she repeated address, phone number , email and time. I waited all that time when I had other things I could have done. Aaron was fantastic and very polite. If needed I will use Precision again.

Precision Doors has been out to maintain and repair my garage door and motor a few times over the years. Each time they are attentive, do a good job and repair the problem quickly. Reasonably prices and their people seem to know what they are doing. Most importantly they aren't always trying to sell something which many firms try to do.

We were very impressed with the customer service. Evan Kopel arrived the day after our call. He is very impressive, personable & knowledgeable. We had expected we would need a new garage door since the door was installed when the house was built in 2000. Evan inspected the door/mechanism and offered us 3 choices to repair the door. He did the work we approved, quickly & efficiently. The door now operates like a new door, no more clunking! Thanks to Evan and the folks at Precision for their prompt and efficient service. Tim McRae, the Precision Garage Door tech assigned to my appointment, arrived a bit before the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem with my old Lift Master opener, carefully explained all options to replace it, and promptly installed the new Lift Master model I chose. He was very patient with all my questions and easy to work with on this project. I will be calling Precision again when the other door opener needs replacing!

We highly recommend Scotty Johnson from Precision Door Service! We were having issues with our garage door, and Scotty was able to pinpoint the problem incredibly quickly. He clearly explained that we needed a new motor and belt drive. He was back the very next day, right on time, and finished the job efficiently. Scotty is not only very professional and knowledgeable, but he's also a super nice guy with a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience pleasant. If you need garage door work, definitely ask for Scotty!
