Precision Doors has been out to maintain and repair my garage door and motor a few times over the years. Each time they are attentive, do a good job and repair the problem quickly. Reasonably prices and their people seem to know what they are doing. Most importantly they aren't always trying to sell something which many firms try to do.

Quick easy and painless and got the service I needed in less than four hours for my initial contact. From the point of contact with the dispatch center to working with the technician, it was a good experience . It was not extremely expensive but a little more than I expected, but for me, it was offset by the response time to my initial request . For me that leaves me as a satisfied customer And one that would recommend the service and call back if I had future needs

Everything went well, the one thing I was not pleased with is the fact the people in the office will not answer your call or return a call. I was put on the wait list if someone cancel, well someone did cancel. I was called, I missed the call, but I called back, but no one answered the call. I left a message that I wanted the appointment. Never got a call or text or anything, about me getting the appointment. I was going out of town for a week, that is why I wanted the earlier appointment, I told her that when the first appointment was made.

I would have given Precision five stars but I felt like I was oversold on services I didn't need. I'm too nice, a sucker even, and don't push back when I need to. I was having some noise coming from my garage door and all it needed was a new bracket ($35). I was informed by the technician that I needed a new weather seal ($255) and talked into a "tune up" ($150). The prices "may" be fair but I didn't really need either. I know they train their guys to oversell stuff but don't be greedy and go overboard. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family. They have high quality materials and knowledgeable service technicians. But I would be sure to tell them to watch what they try to sell you.
