Matt did a great job repairing our garage door. Our springs needs adjusting because we didn’t realize how often we were using the garage door to enter and exit our home. We’ve changed that now to use our home front door instead of the garage door. Matt gave us this and several other valuable tips to help us extend the service life of our garage door system. I’d have Matt back anytime when need service.

I've used Precision every time I had an issue with my garage doors. Good service and knowledgeable employees. But this time the price literally blew me away. Trevor mentioned a price change but this time it seem ridiculously high. $1300 to repair my wife's garage door. He wasn't at my house an hour. Again good service but the price may make me look elsewhere.

I gave a 4 star rating because the first installer tried to come at the wrong time and we were not home. The second guy installer,Jaxon Fisher deserves a 5 star rating. I was very pleased with the job he did and the quality of the garage doors.

Greg was great. He repaired my door quickly then gave me input on replacing my door since it was bent. Took a while for financing. Greg was patient and stayed while I completed it.

First what I liked: Tim the installer was great. Their office staff was also helpful too being able to quickly schedule an appointment for next day which is also appreciated. The company knows what it’s doing, and has the necessary gear on the truck to fix the problem. Not a situation where they have to come back. They arrived at 8 and left at 10:30 with the problem solved. What I didn’t like: the value proposition was a little rough. I get that having an office staff, truck, materials on hand etc all costs money and at the end you will pay for that as a consumer, but paying so much for some metal and a couple of hours of labor doesn’t feel great. My suspicion is that if you were willing as a consumer to deal with the hassle of shopping around and maybe waiting an extra day or two for repair that some money could be saved.

Good quick service and friendly. I thought $200 to replace and program a key pad was a bit much. I'd still recommend them.

Install went smoothly. However lack of communication by those responsible for ordering delayed ordering of door by at least two weeks.

The door I ordered had MoonLite inserts. The door I received did not. The installer, who did a great job, called the office and was told that the door that fits my door opening does not come with the Moonlite inserts. I waited 2 months ( + -) for the door. It would have been nice if I was told this before my order was placed. They me a 200.00 break on the cost, but I would rather have the Moonlite inserts.

Great service, two car garage door, over 20 years old with no prior service. Tech was able to complete work in one afternoon. Door works and sounds like when first installed.

Called Precision after review of company’s found on line. Originally called previous service provider but the calls were never answered. Andy reviewed the current issue and considering the 17 year age of our system reviewed all operational points of the system and then provided estimates for what was found. Repair was quick handled well and professionally. Bang up job Andy.

Door is great. Installation was great. Prices were great. However, a small problem with bottom seal revealed serious problems with customer service. I must have called 5-6 times. I was promised callbacks which didn’t happen, given appt times which didn’t happen, before a technician finally came and corrected issue in 5 minutes. That kind of customer service does not get return customers.

Nothing against the tech Mike who came out to install my new garage door opener but I would like to provide some feedback on the fact that the serial number decal given to me on the manual wasn't the correct one for registering the warranty. It would have been nice to have been told that and even nicer if the correct serial number was detailed somewhere other than on the actual opener under the light cover.

Excellent company , excellent repairman ... very surprised by the price.. shocked would be the better word. That doesn’t mean it’s wrong... it’s just a surprise about the cost .. I’ve been in the construction industry for 40 plus years ... and I’m wondering how people afford to live with pricing so out of touch with reality ... this includes all services ...

The technician was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. My only issue was that he did not arrive wearing a mask, which I assume is company policy. If there had been more concern for the safety of the customer, this would have been a five-star review.

Went through Angie's List and Precision called us back first. Mike was able to come out within a few hours, check out our issue and give us an estimate. Although I thought it was a high price, we needed to get the garage working again so we said ok. Mike was extremely pleasant, helpful, professional and worked hard. We then asked about installing a garage door opener and again the price of the unit was very expensive. Although we didn't get a second quote, which we all know we should, we were very happy with the outcome. Like I said, Mike was an awesome technician. But I do think the price of this job was steep although I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks!
