My 30-year-old garage door motor finally stopped working. I called Precision a little after 8 AM on Monday morning, and was so happy that I was told that they could have someone at my home that same day, between 9 and 1 PM! Around 9 AM I received a call from one of their service technicians, Ricky Sanchez, who told me that he would be at my around 9:30. He replaced my old motor, and suggested improvements that would strengthen my 2 garage doors, prolonging their lifespan. He advised me on simple homeowner cleaning/lubricating strategies that would also keep my doors working smoothly, also prolonging their lifespan. He was totally professional in every aspect of this repair. I would highly recommend Ricky and Precision for any garage door issues. I am a very satisfied customer!

Aaron was a delightful technician and explained everything beautifully. Five stars for him. The only reason I said four stars overall is the shocking price of the repair. The website states clearly that most repairs are in the mid hundreds and ours was $1500+

Had a coupon for a garage door tune up, safety inspection. According to the technician it was a missed-print. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable on his trade, called me when he was on his way and came on time. He told me he could honor the coupon price but just for one door. As a first time customer I would have appreciated for your company/technician to honor it for the second door too, especially not having spent to much time on it. That would have definitely tipped the balance on your favor and not have felt penalized for somebody 's error. Nevertheless, I'm grateful for the service given.

Scotty arrived quickly which was needed. Backup cord did not work. He was thorough in his evaluation and put an interim fix in place. We order a whole new door and motor as ours is over 30 years old. He was knowledgeable and customer focused. I would highly recommend Precision. I only didn’t give 5 stars because the door hasn’t been installed yet.

Online scheduling was a breeze. We were able to get same day service the day before Thanksgiving which was amazing. We received a text with a photo and description of our repair person which was reassuring. He diagnosed our problem, made the repairs, and suggested future potential problems to keep an eye out for. Definitely not the cheapest service, but we appreciated the straight forward approach.
