Chris did an outstanding job. Our door behaved badly at a particularly inconvenient time (is there ever a good time?). We needed prompt service and Precision provided it the next morning. Hi, I appreciate your expediated service when my garage door had urgent problems. The service man was knowledgeable. He had the right tools needed to fix the door. He was courteous. He was timely in getting the problem resolved. He showed me what wrong and what he needed to do to repair it. I have used Precision before in South Carolina that is why I called you here. I wanted to get the same quality service and a trustworthy service man(Tim). It was an expensive but necessary repair.

Great experience from start to finish! The rep/technician, Chris, came the same day that I called. He assessed the situation and discussed options with me. I chose to have both openers replaced, so we scheduled a date for the service. I think he would have done the service that initial visit day, but I decided to do both doors instead of just one, which took more time. He arrived right on schedule the day of the installation and finished in the time frame promised. I'm enjoying my quieter doors that no longer jerk when opening--I couldn't be more pleased!

Our technician Ricky was great! We needed a couple small things done + a tune up. It was not a big job, but Ricky treated us like it was. He explained everything very thoroughly and gave me tips on how to keep our garage door running smoothly. Highly recommend Ricky and Precision Door of the Triangle

The scheduler was very attentive. The tech was very knowledgeable/professional and took time to explained the issue. He found a warranty issue and we will explore this prior to replacing the motor, per recommendation. Thank you for a timely and informative service call.

The entire process from booking the appointment to completion of the work could not have been easier. Using the web based app, I was able to make the appointment at my convenience without issue. From there, I was kept informed and reminded of my upcoming service call. The technician Chris, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He performed his diagnostic check and prepared options for my review. He explained his recommendations and I never felt any pressure to choose one option vs. another. He was able to complete the service call and replace the worn parts. I could not have been more satisfied. I will recommend Precision Door to my neighbors.

We use our garage door as an entry door into the house. It definitely gets some use. Well after 19 years the spring popped one Saturday night. No more garage door. From my first meeting with Andy I knew I would get the help I needed. He was able to keep my door working till I could get the new one. All the staff kept me well informed right up to today when my door was installed. Jonathan & Caleb were right there today & did a great I was impressed with their courtesy & knowledge. I am very pleased with my whole experience. The office was great letting me know I was not forgotten & what was happening. All & all you have a great group of people. I noticed the door would not close the night before. I called to see when someone could look at it. I was on the schedule for the next morning. Richard was out at the house early the next day; diagnosed the problem; and went to work on the issue. He rebuilt the opener. He was very familiar with the unit and in a short time the opener was fixed. Super job. Very friendly. You guys are great. thanks
