I was optimistic that calling this company would save me some time and I would pay a fair price for repairs to my overhead door. Joke is on me. I had to pay $100 (trip charge) just to get a quote for $1500 to replace torsion springs and rollers. “Labor is only $150 though.” SMH. I’ll do it myself this weekend. Disappointed because I know how much the materials actually cost. Smoke and mirrors sales game.

The spring on my garage door broke over the holidays so I went on the Precision doors website and scheduled a 10am appointment for 1/2/25. Fast forward to 1/2 about 5 after 9 Andy called me to ask if they could come about a half hour early which was great for me. Andy and Aaron explained everything that needed to be done and offered up options including the minimum to get my door working again as well as other options to ensure long trouble free operation. Once we settled on what I wanted they went straight to work. The repair took a little under 2 hours and my garage door has never been smoother or more quiet. He initially concluded that the problem was a bad door sensor but then also found that there was a short in the wiring.
