Yesterday Andy Maynard and his assistant arrived to address a problem with my garage door operation. I briefed them on the current problem and the past history of door services. With that information Andy inspected the door system and provided me with several proposals to resolve the issue. I questioned him on each proposal and choose the one that best suited me. At no time did I feel pressured to go one way or the other. After the decision was made they went right to work and had the job done in short order. I was impressed with Andy's knowledge and his willingness to listen to and answer all my questions.

I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received from Precision Garage Door service. My garage door failed to open a couple of weeks ago on a late Friday afternoon when I went out to raise it. Upon calling Precision, I was given an appointment for first thing Saturday morning. Andy, the technician, arrived not only on time, but a bit early and quickly identified and repaired the problem. He also took and showed me photos of the motor and the damaged opening mechanism. Andy was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor, which I enjoyed. I highly recommend this company!! You won’t regret it!

I could not believe that I got someone out SAME DAY and they were competent and friendly and fixed the issue on the SAME day! I called another place first and was told 4 days after digging thru their phone tree for over 5 minutes. Andy and another man showed up in no time and did a great job. My wall pad went out. I had an afternoon appt. Andy had an early opening so he called me. I was at work 20 minutes away, I said I would meet him there. By the time I got there he had already changed the wall pad out we just needed to set my code. Two minutes and I was on my way back to work . Excellent job Andy. Precision Door had not disappointed me yet. Great customer service. Knowledgeable people. Very professional.

Andy and Alfredo were awesome. Dynamic duo in getting my garage door triaged and fixed all in the same day. Andy explained the different models, value and even helped me set up mobile App keys. Alfredo also went above and beyond by tightening some loose screws on my garage panel and lubricating the bolts. The old motor and parts were all removed from my property and the space was left clean just as it was before they arrived. Friendly and fast service.

First of all, let me compliment your technician, Andy Maynard. He was very friendly and informative. He gave me a couple of good tips for ongoing door maintenance. I really appreciate his help. Secondly, on a different note, I was amazed at how expensive your service has become. My total for a checkup on two doors was over $400 dollars. No repairs were needed or made. Andy was here about 20 minutes. That's $20 per minute. In July two years ago, same doors, same service cost $190. Your price has doubled. I will be reconsidering any checkups in the future and maybe start to get estimates from other door service companies.

I was so pleased with Precision Garage Door's service. Andy set to work immediately, and within one hour, I had a new header unit to replace the one that kept malfunctioning. Andy discussed my various options, and I ended up with a garage door that no longer makes creaks and groans every time I press my remote. They're fast and do quality work!

Spring broke on my garage door. Contacted Precision and they scheduled me that afternoon with a 4:00-6:00pm window. Tech was in my driveway right at 4. He did a thorough inspection and made two recommendations. One repairing and one complete replacement. I chose the repair and he went to work and completed the repair in thirty minutes. The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is because of the $95 fee to come out to quote and they charge it whether you get the repairs or not.

Lightning struck our garage door opener and fried it. Andy replaced it. I also asked that he replace the springs, belt, rollers, and rubber door bottom while he was here. I was very pleased with his work. He explained everything very well to me, and quickly completed all the work.
