I had a GREAT experience with Precision Garage Door from the estimate with Gary to the installation with Jackson and Andrew. We received 3 other estimates and Precision was not only the least expensive, but also offered more options than the competitors and never pushed me to commit or tried to upsell me on anything. Precision was also the only company with a "mobile showroom" so I was able to see and touch and compare actual samples of the products they offered from the doors of varying color with different levels on insulation to the openers. They were even able to show me the openers running so I could compare the amount of noise each one made. Jackson and Andrew were early for the installation and finished installing the new door and opener and all new components and mounts in less than 3 hours. Another service they provided that no other company offered was installing matching trim to ensure a good seal with the new door. This was included at no additional cost. They removed my old chewed up trim, installed the new trim and caulked the entire thing. They even touched up a few minor scratches on the new door before leaving and installed an upgraded seal at the bottom of the door because the one that came on the door did not seal perfectly. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Precision. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend them for garage door service in the Raleigh/Durham area.
