I called Precision because I had insulated my garage doors and due to the weight of added insulation the doors were operating slowly. John Patton, the technician, did an excellent job of evaluating my doors and recommending solutions and options. John performed the work in a prompt and professional manner. I contacted Precision to repair a broken belt drive. The reservation was easy to make on line. There was a 2 hour time window. John Patton called early in that window giving a time of arrival. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me options to replace the belt and rail or the motor and spring as well. I opted for the straight repair. He carried out the repair efficiently and it works well. He also went a step beyond and lubricated all the hinges on our 2 other garage doors. I would definitely use Precision and John again.

John P. With Precision Garage did an incredible job with our garage door motor and system replacement. We had to have the motor and system replaced following a lightning strike. He checked the old unit, presented three options for replacements and replaced the unit in the same service call. He is very personable and articulate. He walked me through how to use the unit and got me all set up. And he made sure the paperwork reflected the lightning surge damage. It was an absolute pleasure having John come out and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Our experience with your company was fantastic. Our garage door opener broke on a Saturday and I was able to schedule an appointment online. John, the repair guy, texted when he was on his way and we received a photo with a bio which was so nice! He told us about our options, gave us prices, and did the work right then. We were already prepared to replace the opener since it was about 25 years old. I will definitely call you if we have any problems and recommend you to others.
