Online chat support was able to schedule an appointment the morning after our spring broke, and Justin was able to be on site 30 minutes earlier than planned. Had all repairs completed in about an hour, including maintenance for a door that wasn't part of original service call. Great first experience!

Our garage door stopped working late Saturday and I called not expecting anyone to answer. I was surprised but I explained the problem and got an appointment for Monday morning. I'm in a motorized wheelchair and I need the garage door to work otherwise I can't get outside. The technician arrived on time and replaced the springs and rollers in 2 hours. I heartily recommend Precision Door.

Excellent service and fast. They did end up having to replace a few parts that were not in estimate, which cost more money.
