Michael was friendly and professional. He did a great job trouble-shooting the situation and patiently explaining all of the options. We chose to rebuild our garage door. He was thorough and efficient. We highly recommend him!

Our old garage door opener finally stopped working so I called Precision. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send somebody out the next day. Michael Ottosen was on-time, called before he came, immediately recognized the problem, and explained all the options. He answered all my questions and then, after doing the work, made sure everything was working and showed me how to use everything in the new system. He is also friendly and a really nice guy. Would highly recommend the company and especially Michael O.

Michael Ottosen was super attentive. He was able to go earlier than the appointment, verify the problem and quickly solve with quality and ingenuity. I really appreciate the time dedicate on fixing the garage door and the speed on the service. Highly recommend Precision services and ask for Michael.

I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning after our garage door chain snapped when my husband was trying to leave for work that morning. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous, and she was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that same day between 8-12. Mike O. called when he was on his way and was at my house by 9:15 that morning. He was great to work with. He educated me on all my options as far as solutions to our problem and costs for each option, but I didn't feel pressured by him when making a decision. He wasn't just trying to sell me on something, but he gave me the details and then allowed me to choose what was best for us. He installed a new motor and openers, and he made sure I was able to program everything and sync it all up before he left. He was respectful and kind, and just overall a nice person to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to explain everything and help me choose the best option. I also am so thankful for the speed in which Precision was able to get someone out and help us, as our garage door is so heavy to try to open and close manually! I would definitely recommend Mike O. and Precision to my friends!

We had a really good experience with Michael Ottosen. He was prompt, professional and very technical. He stayed afterwards and setup our cars with the remote setup. He did an incredible job with the installation but was even nicer to help my family with the setup on our cars and remote garage door openers.
