Michael Ottosen came out and looked at my door. He listened to my description of the problem and asked questions. He offered a few solutions and the pricing up front. We agreed on the service and he went to work. Finished his work quickly and the door opens and closes better than ever. Great service technician!

Michael Ottosen came out to our home here yesterday to install a new motor and spring/coils... Given that our unit was 30 years old we were happy to get the work done. He was so quick and thorough and explained everything very satisfactory.. We give him a thumbs up and would recommend this company very highly. Thank you all again. The garage door spring broke when we came home from shopping. Call Precision Garage Door and service technician Michael Ottosen arrived in a hour. He explained my options and had the garage door working in no time. Precision Garage Door is always my go to company for any garage door issue.

Thomas Wenzel

Micheal Ottosen was very knowledgeable but not pushy. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the work quickly, then demomstrated everything that was done.

Easy to set up an appointment. Installer called before arrival which was on time. Installation was quick and efficient.

Mark Steward

Michael Ottosen was early for the appointment which is fantastic! He then explained the issue which was much worse than we imagined but he did so in a manner that allowed us to understand the issue and then purchase a new door. Michael did a great job of working with the group of people involved as it was a Realtor (me), the seller, the sellers Realtor and buyer. We came to resolution and will have a new door for the owner within the same week as we found the problem. Great job on all fronts! Will refer and hire again! Mark

I booked an appointment on-line. Our garage door “snapped” and fell. Michael Ottosen came on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was incredibly helpful. The immediate problem was a simple fix, but he helped us decide to replace the doors with more reliable hardware and better insulation. The doors we had were contractor grade, noisy and were near the end of their working life. Great experience. Installation yet to come, but very pleased with everything so far. Definitely recommend.
