We have had four new garage doors installed with new motors by Precision in the last year. Supply delays were communicated at the time of order but wow, it was worth the wait. I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I called at 11:15 and Paul came and replaced springs and my door was working by 1:00 pm. So impressed with Precision and Paul in particular. Paul arrived on time for a weekend call, quickly diagnosed our problem, and explained our options clearly. We ended up in a situation where we needed to replace rather than repair our unit's motor, so it was nice to get a review of the different features available on new units without any sense of pressure or upselling. Paul also took time to show me the features of the new unit once it was installed and stayed to make sure we were comfortable with its operation. This is our third experience with Precision Garage Door and we have been satisfied each time.

Precision Door was amazing when we needed our garage door fixed after it lost all support and broke from the motorized arm yesterday. They were responsive, thorough, and professional, AND answered our inquiry, scheduled service, examined the issue, provided options for repair and long-term functionality, and implemented the solution, all with 24 hours of our initial call to them. Our technician, Paul, was phenomenal...he was strategic in his approach to correcting the issues, analyzing the whole picture not just one part (which would surely lead to more issues in the future). He also took the time to walk me through everything and test out the new mechanism to ensure it met my standards. THANK YOU Paul and Precision Door for such a seamless repair!!!
