I contacted Precision Garage Door Service for a repair to my garage door. I told them that I had a Wayne Dalton garage door opener, and I knew exactly what the problem was. They still sent a technician out for $95 (which would be applied to repair cost). The technician came out, told me that they cannot repair a Wayne Dalton garage door opener, and walked away with $95. Awful!

Everyone at Precision Garage Service was friendly and wanted to make sure my problem was corrected the same day. Ashley arrived within a few hours and we discussed that new garage door openers made sense since the existing ones were over 12 years old. The old opener started opening and closing on its own and acterd very erratic. Couldn't trust that if we were away. Ashley was very professional and explained everything that was going to be done. I knew the cost before he started. I'm glad that we could support a local Wake Forest business. Thanks again for your prompt help. Certainly will tell our friends.

Awful! When I called, I explained the type of garage door opener that I had and I knew exactly what was wrong. The technician came out and explained that they cannot work on the type of garage door opener that I have. If they already knew that, why did they even come out and charge me $95?

Evan was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. While their price was slightly higher than another quote I received, it included a couple more things that I needed. I replaced a 26 year old chain drive opener with a belt drive and the noise reduction is night and day - It's almost silent! I had Precision over a couple years ago to replace my door springs and bearings, and I trust them to do things correctly the first time.

I came home from picking my boys up from school, hit my garage door button in my car and it didn’t open. I went inside the garage and tested it out a couple of times and it still didn’t open and at one point I saw a piece break off of the chain so I immediately knew something bigger was wrong. I did a quick Google search found Precision and I chose them because they had a lot of high level reviews. They did not disappoint. They sent a technician, John Patton out the very next morning. He evaluated both of my garage doors and clearly articulated the issue on the main door as well as my single car garage door. He laid out our options, we chose the one that was best for us and he proceeded to install both new openers in about 90 minutes. He also took the time to walk me through How both garage door openers work, Showed me how to download the app, connect everything and even programmed both of my cars to open the doors. We have a very busy life so we’re always looking for reliability and efficiency with any company we choose and Precision checked all the boxes. I highly recommend them.

They were able to come out quickly when I called with an issue and were prompt in placing the order for my replacement parts. I did end up with a completely new garage door system since our door had been backed into, and the install team was just as pleasant as the first tech who arrived. The install tech walked me through everything at the end with a nice, concise overview instead of just giving me 10 seconds to think of whether I had any questions before disappearing. I also ended up having an issue with the wall sensor being faulty and a tech was sent out to diagnose and, after doing so, replace it in the same visit with no hassle or cost to me.

When our garage door broke in the morning and I had to take care of our sick daughter, our technician Lucas was able to come out the day of.
