Andy and Alfredo were friendly, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. They were in and out in under 2 hours for a complete install. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the service call fee tacked on even though I went forward with the fully recommended repairs.

My wall pad went out. I had an afternoon appt. Andy had an early opening so he called me. I was at work 20 minutes away, I said I would meet him there. By the time I got there he had already changed the wall pad out we just needed to set my code. Two minutes and I was on my way back to work . Excellent job Andy. Precision Door had not disappointed me yet. Great customer service. Knowledgeable people. Very professional.

Called at 230p and service tech arrived at 5p on the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in minutes. That kind of service is standard for these folks. A few years ago I called at 9a and by 5pm that same day they had installed two new garage door openers. Great products, great folks.

I was surprised that someone could come out to fix my broken door so quickly, and over the weekend! Richard was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and explained everything really well including the different options available to fix my system. He resolved my problem and cleaned up his job site before reviewing with me through the work he did. Couldn't ask for anything more. Really pleased with the whole experience start to finish.

John Patton was the technician assigned to our service. He was right on time, assessed our needs and explained options and recommendations. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am the type of person that wants to watch and try to understand what work is being performed. Not only was John okay with me being present He explained what he was doing and never slowed down from getting the job done. He was one of the "best" service technicians we have ever dealt with. He is most definitely an asset to the Precision Garage Door Company. I will absolutely recommend him and your company to anyone needing the services you provide. I was very satisfied with the service technician Richard M. He was dealing with a truck breakdown and called us to inform that he would be delayed in coming. Within 2 minutes he resolved the keypad issue by showing me how to replace the battery. Our existing remotes were very old and one of them did not work. He then provided us two new remotes and programmed them. He only charged us for the service call and not the new remotes.
