I was fully satisfied with the service that I received from technician Aaron Sweet who came to my house to inspect a problem with our old garage door. He located the problem right away and explained to me and my wife exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He took his time both inspecting our full garage door and explaining the work that needed to be done. When he worked up our work order he explained all costs and also asked if we qualified for any discounts such as for military or teachers. Aaron did a great job and I would recommend him and Precision based on his work.

Our experience with your company was fantastic. Our garage door opener broke on a Saturday and I was able to schedule an appointment online. John, the repair guy, texted when he was on his way and we received a photo with a bio which was so nice! He told us about our options, gave us prices, and did the work right then. We were already prepared to replace the opener since it was about 25 years old. I will definitely call you if we have any problems and recommend you to others.

These guys were great! They quickly and expertly analyzed the problems with our garage door. They set up the complete order on day one including priority fabrication of the required springs. Their install technician arrived on day two and completed the replacement of damaged or worn parts and performed detailed maintenance of the whole system. They also provided an explanation of the entire process as well as recommendations for maintaining the garage door through the future.

I was very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service. I was able to talk to someone on the phone during my first call. A repairman, Aaron Bean, arrived well within the promised time. He was courteous, friendly, and willing to answer all of my questions. He had all the necessary parts and tools to make the repair during that visit. He helped me get my car out of the garage even before the repair was started. Since the door opener was 18 years old, I opted for complete replacement of the garage door opener unit. When the job was complete, he explained how to reprogram my remote controls. The entire process took less than three hours. The new opener is so much quieter than the old one, I have to look to make sure it is working.
