Our garage door opener was damaged by a power surge caused by a damaged Duke power line to our house. Precision was able to send someone out pretty quickly once we realized it was not working. Ashley was very kind, understanding and helpful. He tried seeing if he could reset it, but the unit was completely fried so he had to replace it.

Evan asked questions to understand our garage door problems, performed a through assessment, noted the problems as well as recommendations. The technician John was very helpful and fixed the problem with the sensors. He explained how the sensors operate so we can troubleshoot the next time we have trouble. He also recommended a tune up as it had been 4 years since they were out. The doors operate much quieter now. Great experience!

Jason did a superb job troubleshooting the issue. He accurately adjusted the reversing sensors so that they are exactly the same height, and tested performance. The previous company we used did not do weekend service, which we desperately needed/wanted.

We're very happy with the service Richard provided to fix the opener one of our door. He came out the same day we called and inspected all three of our garage doors. After inspection he gave us recommendations on what had to be fixed, what should be considered as maintenance items for the life of the doors and openers, and most importantly called out what items didn't need to be addressed. Within a few hours he had fixed the broken opener and performed maintenance on all three doors. Great job!
